All Disks have been tested, verified as OK and checked once again before shipment to ensure accuracy.

SHIPPING ADDRESS - you cannot enter a new shipping address - as you are purchasing . If you make a mistake, I can easily refund you. We only ship to the address on the PayPal receipt; PayPal's rules, not mine. Contact me if I can help.

U.S.A. SHIPPING - transit time is 2-4 days. Shipping within 24 hours of purchase; tracking number provided via Pay pal. $3 for your first item and $.50 for each additional item. Typically shipping takes 3-4 days coast to coast, unless there is a holiday or storm.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING - $50 USD for Priority Mail Flat Rate which TRACKS. Estimated 7-10 days, but transit times differ to each country. I have never had packages get lost in transit, but I have had customers wait up to 5 weeks to receive their disks - it does happen occasionally and it is not within my control. Once I ship, my job is done. Your job is to wait patiently.

REFUNDS - return the item or items within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund of your purchase price. No partial refunds are given. Disks that are returned due to insufficient/incorrect address will be refunded. Shipping cost is never refunded for any reason whatsoever; by purchasing our disks you agree to these terms and agree to accept this risk.
